1 · What we collect
When you use Active Energy we store the following information against your account:
- Account email and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider, never stored in plain text)
- Your name, date of birth, and birth name as entered for your numerology profile
- Your numerology profile and primary goal
- Notification preferences (preferred time, timezone, tone, channel)
- Daily reflections you choose to save
- Your Deep Life Pattern intake answers, if you complete the guided intake
- Subscription and payment status (held by Stripe; we only store the resulting status)
2 · Why we collect it
- To calculate your numerology numbers and personal energies
- To generate your daily reading and timing guidance
- To generate your Deep Life Pattern Reading
- To send you the notifications you ask for, at the time you choose
- To manage your subscription and Premium access
3 · Sensitive personal reflections
If you choose to complete the Deep Life Pattern intake, your answers may include personal reflections about your family, childhood, relationships, intimacy, career, money, loss, relocation, spirituality, and current challenges. Sharing these is always optional — you can skip any question, edit your answers, or delete them in full at any time from inside the app.
4 · External services we rely on
- Supabase — authentication and database (where your account and content live)
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and billing portal
- Browser / device push services — to deliver notifications you opt in to (e.g. Apple Push, Google FCM, Mozilla autopush, depending on your device/browser)
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your intake answers with advertisers or analytics brokers.
5 · AI and data processing
Active Energy includes a knowledge-base reading generated inside the app from your numerology profile, saved answers, and the Active Energy knowledge base. No external AI provider is used for that reading.
When you choose to generate an AI-enhanced reading, your numerology profile and life-history answers are sent to an external AI provider to create that reading. This is optional and requires your explicit consent in-app each time the feature is offered.
Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never sent to the AI provider. Push notification keys, service secrets, and unrelated account data are also never sent. AI-enhanced readings are reflective guidance, not therapy, diagnosis, or fixed fate.
6 · Your control over your data
- Edit your numerology profile at any time from Profile
- Edit or delete your Deep Life Pattern intake answers at any time
- Turn notifications off (or change channel, tone, time, timezone) from Settings
- Manage or cancel your subscription via the Stripe-hosted billing portal
- Request full account and data deletion by emailing support@myactiveenergy.com
7 · Security
Your data is protected by account login and row-level access controls in our database, meaning your records are only readable and writable by your own authenticated session. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
