Refund Policy

Cancelling during your 7-day free trial

You can cancel during the 7-day free trial at any time through Settings → Billing. If you cancel before the trial ends, no paid billing takes place — your card is not charged.

Cancelling a paid subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access normally remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. We do not promise automatic refunds, but we want to be fair — particularly in cases of accidental charges, duplicate charges, or billing errors.

Charged in error?

If you believe you were charged in error, email support@myactiveenergy.com with the email address on your account and a short description of what happened. We'll get back to you.

No refunds for unused time after a successful billing period

Outside of billing errors, we generally do not refund the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation — you keep Premium access until that period ends.

If required by law, your statutory rights are not affected.
