Active Energy provides reflective numerology guidance. It calculates personal numbers from the information you provide and offers reflective guidance, prompts, and timing suggestions.

Active Energy is not:

• Therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health care
• Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
• Financial, investment, or legal advice
• A guaranteed prediction of future events

If you are in distress or need professional support, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local crisis service.

Readings are reflective prompts. You decide what to do with them. Active Energy is not responsible for decisions you make based on what you read in the app. You remain responsible for your own choices.

You should not rely on Active Energy for urgent, medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. If you need immediate help, contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

Certain features (including Deep Life Pattern Reading, full-year calendar, monthly forecasts, Daily Coach, AI-enhanced Deep Life Reading, and more) require an Active Energy Premium subscription.

New Premium subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you receive full Premium access, including one AI-enhanced Deep Life Reading.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription (£4.99/month or £39/year, depending on the plan you chose). If you cancel before the trial ends, no future billing takes place.

Premium subscriptions, trials, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Active Energy does not store your card details.

You can manage or cancel your trial or paid subscription at any time through Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Trial or Premium access remains available until the end of the relevant access period (the end of the trial, or the end of the paid billing period if a cancellation is scheduled).

Access to Premium features may end if your subscription becomes canceled, unpaid, past_due, incomplete, or otherwise inactive.

You must not misuse, scrape, resell, or copy app content. You agree not to attempt to break security, abuse the service automatically, or use the app to harass others.

Content and features are for your personal, non-commercial use only. The numerology framework, copy, guidance text, and app design are owned by Active Energy.

We may add, change, or remove features as the app evolves. We'll do our best to keep things stable and to let you know about meaningful changes.

AI-enhanced readings are generated using an external AI provider. They are intended for reflection and personal insight only. They should not be treated as therapy, counselling, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or guaranteed prediction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Active Energy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
